MORTGAGES
For mortgages, our typical fee is £200, and we may receive commission from the lender. If you have an adverse credit rating and require a mortgage, our typical fee is £500 and we may also receive commission from the lender. However, if during the mortgage application process you decide not to proceed we reserve the right to charge a fee of £295
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
INVESTMENTS & TAXATION
Level and bases of, and reliefs from, taxation are those currently applying but are subject to change and their value depends on the individual circumstances of the investor. The value of investments can go down as well as up, as can the income derived from them. Past performance does not guarantee future growth or income and you may not get back the full amount invested.

Integrity IFA Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Financial Services Advice & Support Ltd which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
UNREGULATED AREAS
The Financial Services Authority do not regulate Banking, Will Writing, Loans, Credit Cards, some forms of Mortgage, Tax Advice, Offshore Investments, Estate Planning.
